Position Overview: We are seeking passionate and dedicated lecturers to join our faculty and contribute to our academic community. The ideal candidates will be strongly committed to student success and desire to engage students in meaningful ways.

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Prepare and deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and workshops.

  • - Develop course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and assessments.

  • - Mentor and support students in their academic pursuits.

  • - Conduct research in your field of expertise and publish findings in relevant academic journals.

  • - Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and community outreach programs.

  • - Stay current with developments in your field and integrate new knowledge into the curriculum.

Qualifications:

  • - Professional Certificate, Associate degree, or higher in a Tech-related field (For DTech Lecturers)

  • - Associate degree or higher in Business Administration or related field (For DBiz Lecturers)

  • - Previous work experience in applicable fields.

  • - Previous teaching experience at the college or TVET level is preferred.

  • - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • - Ability to engage and inspire diverse groups of students.

  • - Commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable learning environment.

  • Ability to efficiently utilize digital devices

Positions: Business Manager and Assistant Business Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all business operations, including strategic planning and organizational development.

  • Oversee the admission and enrollment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students and their families.

  • Collaborate with academic staff to develop and implement marketing strategies to boost enrollment numbers.

  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure optimal resource allocation.

  • Develop policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiencies and compliance.

  • Coordinate with faculty and administration in budgeting and resource management.

  • Analyze business performance metrics and implement necessary changes for improvement.

  • Foster relationships with stakeholders, including parents, students, and the community.

Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate (Required)

  • Student or Graduate of Business Administration, Management, or related field (Preferred).

  • Proven experience in management within an educational setting or related field (Preferred).

  • Strong understanding of enrollment processes and student recruitment strategies.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in relevant software applications or able to learn and adapt.
